These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Iwill Technology Limited (Company Registration: 12137767), with its registered address in London, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier", and the users of the website www.iwilltech.co.uk, hereinafter referred to as "Users".

By accessing and using this website, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them.

IWILL Technology UK is the official distributor of IWILL Technology for the United Kingdom. The platform enables Users to browse products, obtain specification information, and submit enquiries for quotations on industrial computers, mini PCs, firewall appliances, and touch panel PCs.

Orders are placed through direct communication with our sales team via email or WhatsApp. Upon submitting an enquiry, the User receives a personalised quotation with current prices and terms.

A contract of sale is deemed to be concluded upon written confirmation of the order by the Supplier and receipt of payment or advance payment.

Product prices are provided individually upon enquiry and depend on the configuration, quantity, and current availability.

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer (preferred for business customers)
• Credit/debit card
• Invoice with deferred payment (for regular customers with an approved credit limit)

Orders are processed on the day of receipt and dispatched to the courier within 1 working day. For orders placed before 11:00, dispatch takes place on the same day.

We work with Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL for deliveries across the United Kingdom. Every customer receives a tracking number for their shipment.

Delivery timescales:

• Standard delivery within the UK: 2-3 working days
• Express delivery: 1 working day
• International deliveries: 5-7 working days (by arrangement)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, when purchasing goods as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation:

• Goods made to order or personalised configurations
• Goods with a broken original seal
• Software products with a breached licence

When exercising the right of cancellation, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the User, unless otherwise agreed.

All IWILL products are supplied with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty service is provided within the United Kingdom.

An extended warranty of up to 5 years is available for an additional charge upon request.

If a delivered product is damaged or does not match the order, you may return it at our expense. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Supplier shall not be liable for:

• Force majeure events
• Technical issues with internet connectivity
• Delivery delays caused by the courier service
• Improper use of products by the User

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and failing that, by the competent courts of England and Wales.
